Mql5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mql5 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mql5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and mql5 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
The mql5 platform is an online entertainment service restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mql5 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. mql5 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of the account verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact mql5 support immediately at [email protected].
- One account per user — multiple accounts are not permitted
- Registration details must be accurate and complete
- Identity verification may be required at any time

3. User Responsibilities
As a mql5 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
Users are prohibited from doing the following:

4. Payment & Transaction Information

For withdrawals, requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to completed identity verification. mql5 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request for compliance purposes.
Important notice regarding transactions:

- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit
- Any withdrawal request suspected of fraud may be placed on hold pending investigation
- Mql5 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Mql5 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
The mql5 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Account suspension and closure: mql5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Failure to complete the required identity verification
- Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
- Account inactive for an extended period in accordance with the current policy
In the event of a valid account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded to the user once the verification process is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual property: All content on the mql5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of mql5 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-party links: The mql5 platform may include links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. mql5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to terms: mql5 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
